Diepdruk voor hoogwaardige en consistente prints
Diepdruk is een druktechniek waarmee we zeer nauwkeurige en consistente prints realiseren, vooral bij grote oplages. Hierbij brengen we inkt aan in verdiept liggende delen van een drukplaat, wat zorgt voor een scherpe en professionele afwerking.
Deze techniek wordt met name gebruikt bij verpakkingen, drukwerk en specifieke merchandise waarbij kwaliteit en detail belangrijk zijn.
Hoe werkt deze druktechniek?
Bij deze techniek graveren we het ontwerp in een cilinder of plaat. Vervolgens vullen we de verdiepte delen met inkt en verwijderen we de overtollige inkt van het oppervlak. Daarna drukken we het materiaal onder hoge druk, waardoor de inkt netjes wordt overgebracht.
Hierdoor ontstaat een strak eindresultaat met een hoge kleurdichtheid en langdurige kwaliteit.
Wanneer is diepdruk de juiste keuze?
Hoewel deze techniek veel voordelen biedt, is deze niet altijd de beste optie. Daarom kijken we altijd naar de toepassing en oplage.
